AI for OEMs · Embedded Industrial AI
Ship AI-ready machines — with a kit your field engineers can support.
Productized OEM AI packages: IntelliLink I/O, edge AI PCs, vision or PdM modules, white-label HMI/API software and commissioning docs. Protect margins, define IP boundaries, and back end-users with local UAE/GCC support.
OEM AI Partnerships
Turn AI into a sellable machine option — not a one-off custom project
End-users expect vision QC, condition insights or smart diagnostics on new equipment. SAS partners with OEMs to embed industrial AI as a productized kit: cabinet layout, IntelliLink channels, edge inference, software APIs and service documentation your field engineers can support.
We already engineer proprietary OEM hardware and protocols on the main SAS site. AI for OEMs extends that into inference, models and operator software — so machines leave the factory AI-capable, with a clear retrofit path for the installed base.
Branded edge modules for packaging lines, PdM options for rotating machinery, or secure gateways into the customer’s plant AI stack — designed for OEM margins, IP boundaries and regional support across the UAE and GCC.

UAE/GCC backup
- New-build and retrofit kit variants for the same machine family.
- Optional secure plant uplink when the end-user wants fleet analytics.
- IP and branding terms defined per partnership — OEM-facing or co-branded.
- Pairs with SAS Cybersecurity & AI Safety when machines connect into customer OT.
What does “AI for OEMs” include?
Embedded AI packages machine builders can ship with their equipment: IntelliLink I/O, edge AI PC, vision or PdM modules, HMI/API software and documentation — white-label or co-branded as needed.
Can SAS white-label the software and HMI?
Yes. Many OEM programmes use SAS engineering under the OEM brand for panels, APIs and service documentation, with clear IP and support boundaries defined in the partnership.
Do you support serial/OEM proprietary protocols?
Yes. Beyond standard fieldbuses, we regularly integrate OEM serial and proprietary protocols into a clean tag model for AI and SCADA — building on SAS OEM hardware/protocol experience.
Is this only for new machines or also retrofits?
Both. New machine designs can reserve cabinet space and power for the AI kit; retrofit kits target installed base with brownfield constraints and clear upgrade paths.
How do OEMs get support after shipment to the UAE/GCC?
SAS can provide regional commissioning, spare/support agreements and escalation paths so OEMs and end-users are not left without local industrial AI support.
Can OEMs white-label the AI kit?
Yes — typical programmes include IntelliLink-class I/O, edge modules and software APIs with local GCC support.
Do you only supply AI software to OEMs?
No — hardware, firmware and protocols are part of shipping an AI-ready machine.
Can you put AI into our machine as an OEM option?
Yes — AI-ready kits for machine builders, usually with OEM hardware and protocols on www plus edge I/O and compute here.
