What does a high readiness score mean?
You likely have KPI ownership, data access paths and safety posture good enough to run a bounded pilot. It is still not a purchase decision — a plant walkthrough validates assumptions.
Why is the score weighted?
KPI ownership, PLC/SCADA access, OT zoning and human-in-the-loop acceptance usually de-risk projects more than nice-to-have items, so they carry more weight.
